The Challenge...
Ah, yes, Juliet likes to keep us on our toes and practicing new techniques. She does this by issuing challenges that sometimes force us out of our cozy studios and familiar venues. In March, she decided to have the photographers from Star*Crossed Studios™ team up with the DJs and staff at Star*Crossed Weddings™. The test? Each team was assigned a venue on the Star*Crossed Weddings™ sim and a time of day. The team's task involved finding an ideal windlight, song, and scene (composed of 2 - 4 avatars) that best conveyed the essence of the given venue.
Voting time came and a vibrant discussion ensued. While everyone offered up wonderful pieces, we appear to have a winner.

First place, with 6 votes:
Photographer Lysander Bernheim and Sales Rep. SandraDee Ireland's delicate, romantic tribute to the fae-kin sweeps us into a realm of magic and possibilities at Sylvan Enchantment to the lilting sounds of Enya's "Aniron" whispering through the breeze:
Second place, with 5 votes:
Photographer Rhea Rinq and DJ/Sales Rep. Leala Spire's gentle touch and creative minds bring together the deep hues of Autumn Embrace with Peter and Evynne Hollens' song "Seasons of Love" for a lasting image of warmth and romance.
As you can see, it's always a hard choice to choose from the variety of talent in our staff. I'm looking forward to the next challenge!
Are you ready?
Blessings,
Alexia
